What we take on
Painting and the surface work that goes with it. If a job needs a trade we don't hold a license for, we'll tell you and point you to someone who does.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards and closets. Everything gets masked and covered before a brush comes out — we work in occupied homes most weeks and the site gets cleaned every evening.
Exterior painting
Stucco, CBS block, wood and fascia. In South Florida the UV, humidity and driving rain are the whole design problem — so the wash, the crack repair and the sealer matter more here than the paint itself.
Commercial & multifamily
Warehouses, plazas, apartment buildings and HOA properties. We schedule around tenants and business hours, and we can phase a building so nothing shuts down.
Pressure washing
Driveways, walkways, pool decks, roofs and siding. Roofs and painted surfaces get soft washed at low pressure — high pressure on a tile roof costs more to fix than the wash was worth.
Surface work that comes with the job
These are usually part of a larger repaint, but we take them on their own too.
Cabinet refinishing
Doors come off and get labeled. Degrease, sand, bonding primer, then sprayed finish. A kitchen looks new for a fraction of replacement cost.
Drywall repair
Holes, cracks, water damage and popped seams patched and textured to match before paint goes on. Rarely worth doing on its own — but never worth skipping.
Epoxy & garage floors
Ground, filled and coated. The concrete prep decides whether the floor holds up — that's where the work actually is, and it's the step cheap quotes leave out.
The parts nobody quotes
These aren't add-ons and they aren't line items. They're in the price because a job without them isn't finished.
